For example, our meat is supplied by Macken Brothers Butchery, known for providing high-quality, naturally fed meat from farms across England, Scotland, Wales, and Ireland. The meat is aged on their premises, ensuring it reaches the perfect level of tenderness and flavour before we prepare it for our guests. We understand the significance of provenance and animal welfare, guaranteeing full traceability from the farm to your fork.

For instance, all our berries are sourced from Hugh Lowe Farms in Kent, the Garden of England. These berries are cultivated, handpicked, and packed directly at the farm before making their way to our restaurant. Our Group Executive Chef, Trevor Tobin, recently visited the farm to immerse himself in the art of plantsmanship and witness the cutting-edge technology behind the growth of these exceptional berries.
